Steven Sidwell Lamb, 68, of Grinnell, IA passed away June, 17, 2023 in Grinnell.

A visitation will be held Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell.

Memorials may be designated to Malcom Fire Dept., mail in c/o Smith Funeral Home, PO Box 368, Grinnell, IA 50112.

Steven was born on June 13, 1955 to Sidwell Door and Arlene Marie (Hodgson) Lamb in Grinnell. He grew up in Malcom and graduated with the BGM class of 1973.

He was a lifelong carpenter, and woodworking was a passion of his. He enjoyed deer hunting, buying storage units and going to the casino.

Steven is survived by his four children; Tim (Trisha) Lamb of Marion, IA, Michael (Angie) Lamb of Millwood, WV, Micki (Justin) Willman of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Christopher (Allison) Rouge of Sacramento, CA; his grandchildren, Gavyn and Owen Lamb, Skyler (Gabby) Lamb, Jordyn (Cayden) Johnson, Lucas, Logan and Layne Willman; his great-grandchild, Beau Johnson; his siblings, Sandy (Ronnie) Greer of Nashville, TN, and Lennie (Jackie) Lamb of Holiday Lake, IA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidwell and Arlene Lamb.
