Roselia Ann "Rose" Graham, 63, of Brooklyn, died in her home on August 4, 2020.
A non-traditional celebration of life service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 22nd, at the home of Leslie and Sean Englert, 510 Jackson Street, Brooklyn.
Memorial contributions may be directed to a Parkinson's research organization of the donor's choice.
Rose was born on March 15, 1957, in Iowa City, the daughter of Kenneth Richard and Maxine Ann Ollerich Piere. She was raised in the Iowa City, Oxford, and Tiffin areas and attended school in the Clear Creek School District. She later took college classes through Kaplan University.
On June 15, 1973, she was married to David Bruce Stanley, Sr. in Madison Heights, Michigan, and the couple lived in the Iowa City and Marengo areas, where they raised their three children. After their divorce, she was married to Michael Graham in 1998 in Florida. They lived in Grand Junction, Colorado prior to returning to Iowa City in 2005. They divorced in 2011 and Rose lived in Marengo before moving to Brooklyn in 2016.
Survivors include her three children and their partners, David (and Heather) Stanley, Jr. of Coggon, Leslie (and Sean) Stanley-Englert of Brooklyn, and Roy Stanley (and Wanda) of Victor, her mother, Maxine Piere of Altoona, and five siblings. She is survived by eight grandchildren, Brookllyn Tapley, Preston Tapley, Madison Tapley, Keaton Tapley, Tyler and Kurtis Stanley, Autumn Stanley, and Makayla Kochuyt, and three great-grandchildren, Hazel Grace Lynn, Ireland Rose Carter and David Michael Ray. She was preceded in death by her father; both husbands; and two siblings.
