Robert Trout, age 74, of Victor, died Tuesday, December 20, 2005, at Marengo Memorial Hospital in Marengo, Iowa. A memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 27 at the Smith Funeral Home in Victor. Inurnment will be at Victor Memorial Cemetery. Visitation hours will be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday prior to Robert's service at the Smith Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Robert Trout Memorial Fund and will be used to establish a scholarship fund in his name at the HLV High School. Robert is survived hy his wife Doris of Victor; his daughters Sandra (Ron) Sebetka of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Susan (Mike) Trout-Reisdorph of Cedar Rapids, Linda (Joe) Williams of Victor, and Cindy (Kevin) Smith of Victor; eight grandchildren, Ryan, Andy and Stacey Reisdorph, Chad and Nick Williams, and Josh, Jacie and Jordan Smith of Victor; and his brother Richard Trout of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Robert was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Bessie (Beghtol) Trout; his brother Earl Trout, Jr.; and his sisters Maxine Muilenberg and Ruth Snowbarger.
