Michael H. Voter, 61, of Grinnell and formerly of California died on April 11, 2020, at UnityPoint Health Grinnell Regional Medical Center. No services are planned at this time. Box 368, Grinnell, Iowa 50112 Michael was born on July 18, 1958, in Riverside, California, the son of Charles and Dorothy Frances Pelkey Voter. He was raised in Ventura, California and was a 1976 graduate of Ventura High School. He was married to Micelynn Murphy and they had two childrern, Keli and Michael. The couple were later divorced. Michael worked in construction all his working life. Most recently, he lived in Grinnell. He is survived by his two children, Keli Voter and Michael Voter, and three grandchildren, Mason, Madison, and Scarlett Butcher, all of Grinnell. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Sharon and Debra; and one brother, Gary Voter.
