Judy Weaver, 69, of Gilman, died on July 25, 2017, at her home.
A graveside service for Judy and Earl will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 7, 2017, at Rock Creek Cemetery rural Grinnell, with Rev. John Epperson officiating. Following the service, there will be a gathering at the home of her daughter, Vicki Weaver.
Judy was born on August 20, 1947, in Lockport, N.Y., to Henry William and Pearl Alma Morgan Schumacher. She was raised in Gasport, N.Y. and attended public schools in Middleport, N.Y.
On October 29, 1966, she was united in marriage to Earl G. Weaver. The couple lived in Middleport until 1979 when they moved to Lakeland, FL. Judy was a mother and homemaker most of her life.
She enjoyed crafts, crocheting and cheering on the Buffalo Bills and the Tampa Bay Bucs.
Survivors include her children, Earl (Becky) Weaver of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Terry Weaver of Medina, N.Y., Vicki Weaver of Gilman, IA and Angela Howey of Melbourne, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Holli, Jesse, Natashia and Patrice; two great grandchildren, Evan and Brielle; three brothers, Allan Schumacher of Middleport, N.Y., Roy (Carolyn) Schumacher of Brockport, N.Y. and Paul (Linda) Schumacher of Lockport, N.Y.; her sister-in-law, Jane Schumacher of Medina, N.Y.; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and two brothers, Robert and Duane Schumacher.
