David was born on October 27, 1982, in Des Moines, Iowa to Daniel and Edna Bunn Wadhams. He was raised in California and Oregon and before the family settled in Montezuma. He attended Montezuma schools and graduated from Montezuma High School with the Class of 2001. He lived in Malcom, Grinnell, Newton and Cedar Rapids. He was never able to work because of a disability. David enjoyed playing video games, fishing for catfish, reading and the WWE. He was an avid Iowa Hawkeye and Chicago Cub fan. He is survived by his father, Daniel Wadhams of Malcom; his mother, Edna Bond of Newton; and three brothers, Daniel Wadhams of Des Moines, Eric Wadhams of Malcom and Evan Wadhams of Marengo.
