Becky Turner, 58, of Brooklyn, died on Sunday, December 19, 2021, at the Comfort House in Pella. A private family service will be held. Rebecca Lynn Campbell was born the daughter of Don and Peggy (Widner) Campbell on January 11, 1963, in Fayetteville, TN. She was raised in Fayetteville and later in Kansas City, Missouri, where she graduated from high school. She honorably served in the United States Navy. Becky was united in marriage to Richard Turner on May 20, 1983, in Havre de Grace, MD. The couple lived in many locations including Washington state, Kansas City, Grinnell, and Brooklyn. Becky was a homemaker and dearly loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a big fan of the Tennessee Titans and Kansas City Chiefs. Becky is survived by her husband, Richard Turner of Brooklyn; son, Joshua Turner of Brooklyn; daughters, Elizabeth Turner of Davenport, IA and Jennifer Halverson of Galesburg, IL; 9 grandchildren; and siblings, Angela Parmenter of Kansas City and Donald Shinn of Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents.
