Alisha "Lou" Landgrebe, 22, of Grinnell, died Monday, April 29, 2013 at her home.
A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 4, 2013, at the Grinnell Christian Church with Rev. Jeriah D. Shank, Senior Pastor of the First Baptist Church in Monroe, officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the Rock Creek Cemetery west of Grinnell.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home beginning 12 noon on Friday and the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening.

Alisha was born on December 3 1990, in Des Moines, Iowa to Donald James and Diana Lynn Shine Landgrebe. She was raised in Monroe before moving to Grinnell. She attended Grinnell schools and graduated from Grinnell High School with the Class of 2009. Later, she attended the University of Northern Iowa and the Des Moines Area Community College. Following her education she worked as a pharmacy technician at Hy-Vee in Grinnell.
She was a volunteer for Big Brothers and Big Sisters and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her mother, Diana (Doug) Chodur of Grinnell; her father, Jim (Angie) Landgrebe of Monroe; one brother, Donovan J. Landgrebe of Grinnell; two half- brothers, Kyle and Grant Landgrebe, both of Monroe; her paternal grandparents, Donald and Pat Landgrebe of Newton.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Marvin and Bev Shine.
